Return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.
Original Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.

Wrong size? We'll swap it for the right one, no problem.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 7 days of the delivery date
- Item is in original condition — unworn and unwashed
- Original tags are still attached
- Item is in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order screenshot from WhatsApp) is provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Hijab and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
How to Return or Exchange
Contact Our CS
Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order details and reason for return.
Send Photos
Take clear photos of the item showing the issue (wrong size, defect, etc.) and send them to our team.
Get Approval
Our team will review your request within 1 business day and confirm if it meets our return criteria.
Ship the Item
Once approved, ship the item to our address. Please use a trackable courier and share the tracking number.
Receive Exchange / Refund
We'll send your exchange item within 2–3 business days after receiving your return. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Refund Information
Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
- Bank Transfer — refunded to your bank account
- E-Wallet — refunded to GoPay, OVO, Dana, etc.
- Store Credit — available as an alternative option
