Are all products 100% original?

Yes! All La Priztya products are 100% original. Every item is produced directly by our team with carefully selected materials and strict quality control.

What materials do you use?

We use premium materials such as Crepe, Linen, Voal, Silk Satin, Crinkle Airflow, and more. Each product page includes material details.

Do products have size variations?

Yes, most of our products come in S, M, L, XL, and All Size options. You can check the size chart on each product page for accurate measurements.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our catalog, choose your product, click "Order via WhatsApp", and our team will assist you through the ordering process.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Order changes or cancellations can be made before payment confirmation. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you need to make changes.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No minimum order! You can buy even just 1 item. However, free shipping applies to orders of Rp 500.000 or more.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on destination: 1–3 days for Java, 3–7 days for outer islands.

Do you ship outside Indonesia?

Currently we only ship within Indonesia. We're working on international shipping — stay tuned!

What couriers do you use?

We work with JNE, J&T Express, SiCepat, and AnterAja. The courier choice can be discussed via WhatsApp.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the item, provided the product is in original condition, unworn/unwashed, and with tags still attached.

How do I request a return?

Contact our CS via WhatsApp with your order details and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes! Size exchanges are accepted under the same return policy. Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer.
